Questions about the atlas
How will I receive the atlas?
Right after payment you will receive an email with the atlas attached. The email also contains a backup download link that is valid for 14 days.
The email did not arrive. What should I do?
Check your Spam and Promotions folders. The page you return to after payment has a button to resend the email. If it still does not arrive, write to support@getgrant.ua from the email you used for the payment and we will send the atlas again.
What format is the file?
PDF, 106 pages, about 5 MB. It opens on a computer, tablet or phone. Bookmarks, the table of contents and all links are clickable.
Can I print it?
Yes. A4 format, colour print.
How is the atlas different from the free map of grant donors?
The map shows who funds projects and how many programmes each country has, plus the best-known funders of each region. The atlas is a directory of all 182 sources: for every funder the funding size, who can apply, topics and a direct link, collected in one file for work and print.
Does the atlas list specific calls with deadlines?
No. The atlas describes funders and programmes. Open calls with deadlines are updated daily on the GetGrant platform.
Can I share the file with colleagues?
The atlas is licensed to the person or organisation you enter at checkout: that name appears at the bottom of every page. If the licence is issued to an organisation, its employees may use the file. The atlas may not be passed on to third parties.
Can I pay by invoice?
Yes. Write to support@getgrant.ua with your organisation name, registration details and the email the atlas should be sent to. We will issue an invoice and send the file once the payment is received.
How up to date is the information?
As of 26 September 2026. Amounts and conditions change from call to call, so always check the rules on the funder website before applying. The button on every card leads right there.
Will there be updates?
The atlas is an annual edition. Changes to funder programmes and new calls appear on the GetGrant platform every day, so check there between editions. When the next edition is released, we will let you know by email at the address used for the purchase.
