About the service
What is GetGrant and who is it for?

GetGrant is a Ukrainian platform for finding grants and supporting projects. It is used by researchers and universities, NGOs, businesses and startups, municipalities and cultural initiatives.

More about the team and approach on the About us page; the database itself lives in Grants and funding.

What types of grants does GetGrant offer?

Over 2,500 active opportunities: government programmes, international donor and foundation grants, business grants for SMEs and startups, academic programmes such as Horizon Europe, ERC, Marie Curie and NRFU.

A good starting point is the collections by applicant type: for NGOs, for business, for universities and research.

Who is behind the service?

The founder and CEO is Nazariy Andrushchak, PhD, Head of the Project Office at Lviv Polytechnic National University (LPNU) and a Horizon Europe expert. The platform has run since 2021 and serves over 95k organisations.

The full story is on the About us page.

How are you different from free grant aggregators?

An aggregator gives you a list; we give you relevance: the system compares call requirements with your organisation profile and shows a match score. Plus a deadline calendar, partner search, training and expert support.

What each level includes is in the plans.

Grant search
How do I get personalised recommendations?

Fill in your organisation profile – type, fields of activity and funding priorities. The AI analyses it and returns a list of grants with a relevance score for each.

Start with a free registration; no card required.

How accurate are the grant search algorithms?

GetGrant combines natural language processing, machine learning and data analysis: algorithms classify opportunities by requirements, deadlines and key factors, and the models keep learning from user feedback.

The relevance score is an estimate, not a guarantee – always check eligibility against the original call, linked from every grant card.

How often is the grant database updated?

Daily. The team monitors official donor sites, government portals and aggregators across the EU and Ukraine, and calls with passed deadlines are marked inactive.

See the current listing in Grants and funding.

Can I search by a specific project idea?

Yes. The dashboard has a goal-based search: describe the idea in plain text and the system finds calls where it fits the donor priorities – handy for interdisciplinary projects.

If the idea is still rough, start with the free AI diagnostics.

How do I avoid missing a deadline?

The dashboard has a deadline calendar covering your saved calls and all active programmes. Auto-search by field and emails about new relevant grants come with the Expert plan.

What a call deadline means and why the system closes on its own – in the glossary.

Do you help find consortium partners?

Yes, the dashboard has partner search: organisations and researchers by topic, country and field, plus a dedicated AI search for researchers.

Subscription and payment
Is there a free trial period?

Yes. Registration starts a trial period with access to the core platform features and the courses. No credit card is needed at this stage.

Exact duration and scope are on the Pricing page.

How much does the subscription cost?

Three levels: trial, Professional and Expert. Professional covers search, watchlist, calendar, donors, courses with certificates, the AI connector and invoices; Expert adds unlimited unlocks, AI fit analysis, goal search, AI researcher search with contacts and auto-search emails. Annual billing is cheaper.

Current numbers and the full comparison are in the plans.

What currencies are accepted for payment?

Card payment through the secure providers Stripe and LiqPay. Available currencies depend on the service and are shown at checkout; card data is handled by the payment provider and never stored by us.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel it in your account settings at least 24 hours before the current or trial period ends. After cancelling, access remains until the end of the paid term.

If something goes wrong, reach us via contacts.

Does the subscription renew automatically?

Yes, if you chose automatic renewal. You can switch it off at any time in your account settings.

Are there terms for universities and large organisations?

Yes, educational and research institutions and government bodies can get enterprise terms. Describe your case through the contact form and we will reply within one business day.

Can I get an invoice for accounting?

Yes. The billing section of your dashboard keeps the payment history with a downloadable PDF invoice for each payment. If you need documents issued to an organisation, write to us.

Learning and knowledge base
What courses and training do you have?

7 courses and over 80 lessons on the grant cycle: finding calls, donor conditions, writing an application, budgeting and reporting. Some courses are free.

The catalogue is in Learning.

Do you issue a certificate after a course?

Yes, once all lessons are complete the certificate appears in your dashboard. It is part of the paid plans, while the courses themselves open during the trial.

Where can I read about grant terms and programmes?

In Grant Wiki – a knowledge base with a glossary, programme breakdowns (Horizon Europe, USAID, NRFU), project stages and document templates.

Practical guides also appear in the blog and resources.

Services and consultations
Can you help write a grant application?

Yes, it is our flagship service: structuring the idea, the narrative part, the budget and LogFrame, a compliance check against donor criteria and final editing before submission.

Details and other areas are on the Services page.

How much does an expert consultation cost?

Consultations are charged by the hour and start at one hour. The current price, free slots and online payment are on the Consultation page.

Who runs the consultation?

A GetGrant expert with hands-on experience preparing applications for Horizon Europe, USAID, NRFU and other donors. The call is one-to-one and your materials are read beforehand.

About the team – on the About us page.

What is the free AI diagnostics?

A short dialogue where the assistant asks a few questions about your project and in about 2 minutes suggests the next step – whether the platform is enough or an expert conversation would help.

Try it here: AI diagnostics.

Account and data
I cannot sign in or I forgot my password

Reset it on the recovery page – the email arrives within minutes, check the spam folder too. Google and LinkedIn sign-in also work.

If the email never arrives or the account is locked, write to support@getgrant.ua.

Is there a Ukrainian version of the site?

Yes, both the site and the dashboard work in Ukrainian and English. The switch is in the header; Ukrainian pages live without the /en prefix – for example, this page in Ukrainian.

What happens to my data?

Profile data is used only for grant matching and running the service, and is never passed to third parties. Payment data is handled by the payment provider.

Details are in the privacy policy and terms of use.
