Terms of Use

This document is a public offer and a public contract in accordance with Articles 633, 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine. Registration on the website https://getgrant.ua/, use of its content and services constitute acceptance of this offer, which is equivalent to the conclusion of a contract.

You can review the provisions of the Privacy Agreement via this link. The Privacy Agreement is an integral part of these Terms.

The Service may offer subscriptions that renew automatically. To avoid being charged, cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current or trial period.

1. Terms and definitions

1.1. Public offer – the Provider's proposal to conclude a public contract for the provision of services, the list of which is posted on the Service's website.

1.2. Acceptance – the Customer's full and unconditional consent to conclude the Contract on the terms defined by this Contract.

1.3. Provider – Private Enterprise «GetGrant», registration code EDRPOU 44147283.

1.4. Website – the Internet site available at https://getgrant.ua, through which access to services is provided.

1.5. Information materials – any textual, graphic, audio, video and mixed materials of an informational nature.

1.6. Customer – a natural and/or legal person who has agreed to the Provider's Terms and Privacy Agreement and registered on the GetGrant website.

1.7. Service – the Provider granting the Customer access to the services of the GetGrant website on a paid or free basis.

1.8. Paid services (professional plan) – provision of the service for a certain fee in the scope provided for by the selected tariff plan.

1.9. Free services (open plan) – providing access to limited search information contained on the GetGrant website. The scope is determined by the Provider at its own discretion.

1.10. Trial period – free access to the Service's services after registration for a term determined by the Provider.

1.11. Cost of services (tariff) – the payment for providing a certain scope of services to the Customer.

1.12. Scope of services – the features, functionality and content available to the Customer under the terms of a particular tariff plan.

1.13. Tariff plan – the terms that determine the scope of services over a period (1, 3, 6 or 12 months) and the amount of payment.

1.14. Personal account – a Website feature for tracking the Customer's incoming and outgoing funds.

1.15. Personal data – information about a natural person who is identified or can be identified on the GetGrant website.

1.16. Personal data subject – a natural person whose personal data is being processed.

1.17. Authorization data – the login (email address) and password for accessing the account.

1.18. Consent of the personal data subject – a voluntary expression of will to process personal data. Registration on GetGrant entails granting such consent.

1.19. Account – the combination of the Customer's authorization data and information materials.

1.20. Search panel – the service's administrative panel, available after registration.

1.21. Subscription – an option for receiving the Service's services on a paid basis.

1.22. Subscription period – the time during which the provided Services are rendered.

2. General provisions

2.1. The Provider grants the Customer access to the features of the GetGrant website after registration and creation of an account.

2.2. The Service is provided on a paid or free basis at the Customer's choice.

2.3. Services begin to be provided within one day from the moment of registration and receipt of authorization data.

2.4. The Provider undertakes to provide the Services in accordance with the selected tariff plan and subscription.

2.5. All changes and additions to the Contract are published on the Provider's website.

2.6. Before starting to use the Service, the Customer is obliged to review the terms of the Contract.

2.7. In case of disagreement with changes to the Contract or new tariffs, the Customer must stop using the website's services.

2.8. The Customer consents to the processing of their personal data and agrees to receive electronic messages from the Service.

2.11. The Services are provided "as is". The Company provides no warranty regarding the functionality and results of using the Service, unless otherwise specified in the Terms of Use.

2.13. We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements, will operate uninterrupted, or that the results will be accurate or reliable.

3. Procedure for providing services

3.1. The Customer independently registers on the GetGrant website and receives "open access" to the Search panel.

3.2. For full access, the Customer sets up a monthly or annual Subscription after registration.

3.3. If payment is not made or not renewed, access to the Search panel is restricted.

3.4. The Customer may pay for access by advance payment and receive a discount, if one is provided.

3.7. The Provider reserves the right to change the terms of the tariff plans. Changes do not apply to periods already paid for.

4. Account registration terms

4.1. To use the Website's functionality, you must create an account: fill in the registration form or log in via Google.

4.2. By registering on the Service, you confirm that you are a legally capable person and have the right to enter into these agreements.

4.3. You are obliged to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. The use of other people's data is prohibited.

4.4. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authorization data and for all actions within your account.

5. Payment procedure

5.1. Payment is made in US dollars or euros through secure payment systems (Stripe, LiqPay).

5.2. When a subscription with auto-renewal is activated, funds are debited automatically on the day of the next cycle.

5.3. To cancel auto-renewal, you must disable the subscription in your personal account 24 hours before the next charge.

6. Liability of the parties

6.1. The Provider is not liable for indirect damage, lost profit or losses caused by the use of or inability to use the Service.

6.2. The Provider's liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the last paid month of the subscription.

6.3. The Customer is solely responsible for any use of information from the Website and for the consequences of their actions.

7. Term and termination

7.1. The Contract is valid indefinitely from the moment of the Customer's registration on the Service.

7.2. The Customer may terminate the contract by canceling the subscription in their personal account and deleting the account.

7.3. The Provider has the right to terminate the contract in case of the Customer's violation of the terms, by blocking or deleting the account.

8. Applicable law and dispute resolution

8.1. The Contract is governed by the laws of Ukraine. All disputes between the Parties are resolved through negotiations, and in case of failure to reach agreement – in the judicial authorities of Ukraine.
