Privacy Policy

Recognising its responsibility for ensuring the confidentiality of personal and other data, the Private Enterprise «GetGrant» enters into this Agreement with You (the User) in order to define the procedure for receiving, storing, processing and using the Data when using the website https://getgrant.ua.

To use the Site, the User must give their consent to the terms of this Agreement. A User who does not agree with the terms of the Agreement has no right to use the Site.

1. Scope of application and consent

1.1. Personal data is processed by the Private Enterprise «GetGrant», a legal entity registered under the legislation of Ukraine.

1.2. The Company is the owner and controller of the Database of personal data of Site users.

1.3. Data is processed on secure servers both within and outside the European Economic Area.

1.4. The Agreement describes the procedure for processing the Data collected through the Site, the GetGrant mobile application and related services in accordance with the Law of Ukraine «Про захист персональних даних» (On the Protection of Personal Data).

1.5. By using the Site, the User grants consent to the processing of: first name and last name, organisation name, gender, age, country of residence, email address, IP address, communication data, messages and other contact information.

1.6. When following external links from the Site – data may be collected by third parties in accordance with their own privacy policies.

2. Information the Company collects

2.1. Registration information – first name, last name, organisation type, age, country, email, password. When authorising through Google, additional profile data may be obtained.

2.2. Listings and Transactions – contact information required to carry out transactions and communication between users.

2.3. Advertising and promotion – data on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, ad views.

2.4. Customer service – information from support requests, reviews, feedback.

2.5. Website and mobile data – IP address, geolocation, device attributes, requested pages, cookie data and mobile identifiers.

2.6. Survey results – gender, age, marital status, personal preferences (when participating in surveys).

The Company does NOT collect or process data on racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or ideological beliefs, membership in parties and trade unions.

3. IP address, Cookies and mobile identifiers

3.1. The Company uses cookies, pixels and local browser storage to improve the operation of the Site.

3.2. Cookies – small text files stored on the User's device to save settings and preferences.

3.3. Pixels – digital images within the page code used to track interaction with content.

3.4. The Company uses persistent and session cookies. Persistent ones are stored longer, session ones are deleted when the browser is closed.

3.5. Third parties (advertising and analytics services) may collect data via cookies on the Site's pages in accordance with their own privacy policies.

3.6. We take all necessary measures to protect against unauthorised access to your data.

4. Purpose of data use

The collected data is used for: providing platform services, personalising grant recommendations, improving search algorithms, sending technical and marketing messages, analysing use of the Site, resolving disputes and troubleshooting.

5. Transfer of data to third parties

The Company may transfer data to third parties in the following cases:

• With the User's consent
• To service providers acting on behalf of the Company
• In cases provided for by law
• Upon reorganisation or merger of the company

The Company does not sell personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Protection of personal data

The Company applies technical and organisational protection measures: encryption of data during transmission and storage, control of access to personal data, regular security audits, staff training on data confidentiality.

7. User rights

• Right of access – to obtain information about your data being processed
• Right to rectification – to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Right to erasure – to request deletion of your personal data
• Right to restriction – to restrict the processing of your data in certain cases
• Right to object – to object to the processing of data for marketing purposes
• Right to portability – to receive your data in a structured format

8. Changes to the Agreement

The Company may make changes to this Agreement. The User will be notified of material changes by email or through a notice on the Site. By continuing to use the Site after changes are made, the User confirms their acceptance.
