Who Can Apply
Applications may be submitted by consortia that include:
- news media outlets, online publications, local and regional media;
- media NGOs, journalism associations and professional organisations;
- bodies active in media development and media freedom;
- other eligible operators from Creative Europe countries.
A consortium must include at least two organisations from two eligible countries.

Projects may focus on:
- new business and monetisation models for journalism;
- audience development, community-building and marketing innovation;
- shared editorial formats, joint newsrooms and content exchange models;
- common technical standards, guidelines and collaborative tools;
