Processing and recovery grants: up to UAH 8 million for a processing enterprise and up to UAH 16 million for recovery, final intake until 30 October
The Ministry of Economy and Environment of Ukraine, in cooperation with the Diia portal, has opened the final intake of the year for state grants aimed at processing enterprises and recovery initiatives. Eligible businesses can apply for financial assistance to create, expand, or reconstruct processing capacities across Ukraine.
The programme provides grant funding of up to UAH 8 million for establishing or scaling processing operations, and up to UAH 16 million for restoring manufacturing assets damaged by military aggression. The submission deadline for this intake is 30 October 2026, marking the last application window before operations resume in 2027.
What is funded
The grant initiative supports capital expenditure and operational recovery within the manufacturing and processing domain. Funding targets the creation of new processing units, the expansion of existing manufacturing lines, or the purchase of production equipment.
A separate funding track is specifically allocated for physical recovery. Companies whose industrial or processing facilities were damaged as a result of armed aggression can access capital up to UAH 16 million to rebuild premises and restore their production infrastructure.
Who can apply
The call is open to Ukrainian small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and registered entrepreneurs operating within the processing industry. Applicants must hold legitimate business status and satisfy all national regulatory and transparency checks.
Both operating processing businesses seeking modernization and entities aiming to launch new manufacturing sites may apply. For recovery grants, applicants must be businesses that have suffered documented facility damage due to the war.
Conditions and requirements
Following submission, each application undergoes formal review and evaluation by the authorized bodies within a timeframe of up to 20 working days. The donor evaluates eligibility, project feasibility, and business compliance before issuing a decision.
Practical tip. Ensure your documentation regarding company registration, production plans, or damage assessments is fully assembled before initiating the submission, as applications must pass formal state verification within a strict review window.
How to apply
Submissions must be prepared and filed electronically through the state Diia portal. All required corporate data and project justifications are uploaded directly within the system interface.
The deadline for applications in this wave is 30 October 2026 inclusive. Because this constitutes the final intake of the year, submissions received after the cut-off date will have to wait for the subsequent grant wave opening in 2027.
Applications are submitted on the donor’s page: me.gov.ua.
